New Decade Resolutions
I don’t normally make new year’s resolutions. But 2010 is no normal new year. So I thought I’d make a list of things I resolve to do in the next decade. And here we go:
Train my beast. It’ll take that long.

Throw a charity fundraiser. And invite each of you.
Watch storms in Tofino. Why have I not done this yet?
Buy a boat — yacht, dinghy, I’m not picky.

Get a fancy camera. Then figure out how to work it. Aha! This resolution is a two-fer.
Fall in love with Buenos Aires. I’m head over heels already. Can’t wait to actually meet in person.
Perfect the art of the dance party.

Volunteer.
Have an adventure. A really big one. I’m too chicken to sky dive, but I’ll think of something.
Cook once a week. For an entire decade? I’m committing myself to making more than 500 meals. Yeesh.

Man, I have a lot to accomplish before the ’20s are upon us. What about you? New year’s resolutions? New decade?

Haha your dog is adorable.
I volunteer once a year. I like to think that i’m changing lives but I know I should really volunteer more.
If you want to help it’s a great charity and a lot of fun! :)

This year– I will work harder than ever, do more charity work, meet more people, travel more, just do more. Oh yeah and more shoes :)
Very jealous of your Buenos Aires trip!

aww I love that pic of Leroy’s nose. Wow you’ve got a lot of resolutions, but that’s why you have a whole decade to complete them!
I have the same resolutions every year “eat well, exercise and stay in shape” and “save more, spend less” lol

[...] So if I were in Vancouver this weekend I’d be at Hearts for Haiti bidding my, um, heart out on the 50 + pieces up for auction. Because that’s another one of my goals: support charity fundraisers. [...]
